Curtis Baynes

Curtis Baynes is real estate investor and licensed real estate broker with C. E. Baynes & Associates LLC. He retired from the state in 2005 and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Public Administration. Mr. Baynes has lived in Florida since 1973 and, since 1984, in Tallahassee. His interest in central sewer for the south side is in part due his believes it makes more environmental and financial sense than converting half the properties to performance based treatment systems and because he has invested in real estate there.
