Our HOA invited the members of the planning commission to our meeting last week. It is critical for ANY interested homeowner to attend the meeting on March 6th. If this rezoning passes, this will only be the beginning.

Let’s go ahead and address the ridiculous traffic created from the toll road access and Bannerman Crossings nonsense first. Widen Bannerman, add turn lane at Bannerman and Tekesta, crest turn lanes for the neighborhood entrances all along Bannerman.

the developers will not be happy until Tallahassee looks like So. Fla. And the “connected” people in govt. get richer along with the developers. Homeowners & hometown Tallahasseans do not matter anymore. We escaped from the concrete jungle of Miami and have been blessed living in Tallahassee for the past 28 years. It’s really heartbreaking to see what’s been happening the past few years. Drive down Lake Hall Rd. at Thomasville Rd. to see for yourself.
