Dr. Holifield apparently does not want to face reality. A big part of the crime problem. If you refuse to even STATE what the problem is, you will never solve it.

Similar issue with the other speaker wanting more affordable housing & after school programs. Those things will NOT prevent individuals who have been raised with no concept of right and wrong from committing crimes. That is on the parents, and no amount of after school programs is going to help. What kind of housing one lives in is irrelevant.

What a mess.
