WHO will the winner be. Tallahassee has already said their Budget was just $8 Million. IF the City is the winner, they should NOT tear it down. They should Gut it and redesign the Interior. Up Stairs should be Offices and Down Stairs should be the Garage for Repairs, Holding cells, a Gym, and a place for Ambulance’s. I have seen the drawing and all I can say is WASTE OF MONEY. The City and County needs to STOP over spending.
