Hey Freddie, check the records, law enforcement offices have gotten multiple pay raises when no one else has. State employees has suffered under both Republican Governors and the Legislature doesn’t care the impact on the state workforce. Senate is proposing a 10% raise for their employees this year. That shows how Legislature discriminates and holds state employees raises as a political pawn.

Rocky Hanna take note of a plan to increase the pay of teachers. The Hanna plan is to pay his hand picked non interviewed Assistant Superintendents and his buddy Scott Hansen over $100,000 each while Leon teachers are the 46 lowest paid in Florida. A vote for Hanna is a vote for continued malfeasance.

If the state is going to subsidize employees of local school boards I wonder what he will do for the underpaid state law enforcement officers.

I agree with raising teacher salary, but the money comes from taxpayers. The General revenue pot is taxpayer money. The real question(that he doesn’t want to answer yet) is what will be cut.
