Why doesn’t Rocky and the highly paid Allen Cox ( not interviewed for a job, given a title and salar increase as soon as Rocky became Supt) do more for employees salaries? Why not, because Hanna and Cox only care about themselves. Rocky, the playbook you use is old, after negative stories about your misdeeds you conjure up a feel good story to deflect from your atrocious behavior.
