Hi Mr. Lyle, I agree things are going to be interesting in this race due to plurality. I hope we don’t end up with a situation the overwhelming majority of the community is unhappy/unserved by. As for Kelly Otte, she’s definitely got my vote. It can be a little difficult to articulate the breadth of experience and depth of policy work she brings to the table in these short profiles… I would encourage you to check out her website at kellyotte.com and her campaign Facebook page. You can email or message her from either of those platforms and she’s happily connect with you to dive deeper in to those topics. She has been working with local government, nonprofits, and the private to create successful approaches to some of our community’s most pressing challenges for a long time and I think being elected will give her the position she needs to influence even broader, impactful outcomes.

Some more detail and substance on her proposals to achieve “reducing crime using innovative community strategies” as well as “providing as much funding as possible to support” our struggling local small businesses, and ideas on how to achieve more “affordable assisted living and nursing home care for our elders” will be necessary. I look forward to seeing more from Mrs. Otte on her solutions to these challenges.
