There is a clear distinction between the mass “mail-in ballot” initiative being pushed by the Democrat Party and “absentee ballots”… a very important distinction the Democrat Party and their Media PACs have worked diligently to avoid explaining.

The push to dump billions in tax dollars on the USPS has nothing whatsoever to do with mail ballots or Covid for that matter. Its all about bailing out their massive unfunded pensions and underwater budgets due to decades of mismanagement, ridiculous pricing, dysfunction, and politicizing (unions) of the organization.

For decades, our Nation successfully accomplished such elections in just one day, with less inferior technology and a greater number of registered voters. You must ask yourself why this has somehow become impossible to achieve. Vote in person and wear a mask if you choose… but stop buying into the nonsense that we need weeks upon weeks of early voting, massive amounts of (unverifiable) ballots floating around, and billions and billions to pull it off.
