The Surgeon General needs to step it up and start making some TV ads going against vaping and smoking. There is a young population out there that thinks nothing of vaping in elevators and coming onto job sites with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths.

Business owners need to step it up also and start firing some of these people who think it's okay to go on a job site with a cigarette hanging out of your mouth when they're working with gas-powered equipment. It is an epidemic.

Truly a catch-22 situation. A tough call to make, but I think the right one when you remove the emotion approach and apply the pragmatic approach. The most prescient comment in the article is this; “Vaping proliferation among teens is absolutely a huge issue. I think the crux of that, though, lies with convenience stores that don’t do the stringent age verification.”

As usual... we already have laws on the books, and the answer is enforcing those laws. If they won’t follow the current laws, what makes anyone think they’ll follow a newer one?... just because it came from an “attorney general and a mother“?

Get over yourself, Moody... and welcome to parenting.
