They have spent association funds on questionable projects that failed. They have begun to treat residents with disdain and contempt. The board hires consulting firms that are not properly monitored, and produce questionable results.
A large number of residents are fed up and looking to change some faces on the board. Voting against incumbents seems to be a very prevalent feeling among residents
