I remember back when we all Voted FOR the Florida Lottery because we were promised that it will ENHANCE the School Budget (like a Bonus) to make our Public Schools better, for the Kids. Later, the Lottery Money REPLACED the School Budget since it was generating so much Money. NOW they have been dipping into the Lottery Money for other Projects NOT School Related for a while now which is why the Schools have been hurting so, NOW, they want THIS. SO, when will we see School Busses wrapped with “Morgan and Morgan”, Fasiq & Brooks and 411 PAIN Ad’s?
