					<description><![CDATA[Out of state (and often out of country) flippers and investors are exploiting the panic relocation and buying trend we&#039;re experiencing... thus chasing the working class out of this town. Another speculation real estate run that results in overpriced and unaffordable housing, which will lead to an increase in taxable revenues into the city coffers... and of course an increase in unsustainable spending on feel-good programs. Then once the inevitable crash happens, the local politicians will cry poor mouth and threaten to cut services to law enforcement, children, and the elderly unless we accept a tax increase.
