Actually its closer to Apache Street one of the gangland hotspots for murder in the recent TR article about murders in Tallahassee.

“The City” doesn’t fund anything… the city’s “taxpayers” and utilities customers fund everything.

The developer will spin this request with a “return on investment” tact, citing the projected increase in property tax revenue as a result of the development. It will be interesting to see if the Mayor and Commissioners buy it.

Monroe will need to be Four Laned and have long Turn Lanes added to turn in the Subdivision. Long Turn Lanes needs to be added on Blair Stone to enter the Subdivision and also to turn onto Paul Russell. Tram Road from Capital Circle to S. Monroe will also need to be Four Laned with long Turn Lanes added at the Entrance to the Subdivision.

I did notice that the Number of Houses, Townhomes, Businesses, etc. were not mentioned.
