Terrible customer service.
I paid off a HELOC with them a decade ago, just so I would not have to deal with their confiscatory fees and a rude loan officer.

Capital City Bank’s “Totally Free Checking” and “Totally Free Savings” has been charging me a monthly service fee for years. At first it was totally free.
