It is very sad to see people fighting so hard to let women kill their babies before they have a chance to live. The ridiculous argument that it’s “healthcare” for women when in 98% of pregnancies there is no threat to a woman’s health and it is absolutely not healthcare for the baby. If you don’t want a child or it’s not the right time for you to have a child, the time to think about that is before you engage in the act that creates a child. It is a child not a “mass of cells” as some would say, it’s a child, it’s a life what it is NOT is a choice.

If you don’t want or can’t take care of the child you are carrying, there are thousands of couples desperate to have what you don’t want, please consider adoption before abortion.

Privacy is mentioned on the constitution but ironically it only extends to a minor seeking an abortion. That miners don’t have a right to privacy in that case.

This is not the “suprise slap down” leftist media is playing it out to be. Relax DeSantis knew how easly the leftist’s attorneys would “guide” this action to the lower level Judge “most likely” put on a good enough show of “fairness” while still rulling in the pre-determined outcome which favors leftist views on abortion based on the deep and far reach up their butts which pulled out and produced this “smelly” objection based on a non relevant item in our State Constitution known as The Privacy Clause.
Just a totally expected and legally insufficant pit stop on the way to Florida’s Supreme Court.
As a side note in todays political climate it is better overall to not make too much fuss by taking legal or administrative action against leftist compliant Judges who agree to bend and twist their ethical responsabilities in advance of such trials. This is done to maintain some public level of trust in the judical system. Plus its a #ell of a lot quicker and more final to move it on up to FL’s Supreme Court than the long drawn out process of spanking a corrupt Judge. Both sides know this and both sides play the “game” in this way.
All this “rulling” really does is 100% political and media related in nature and maybe some fools like Soros will “donate” a few more dollars to leftist causes or people in Florida as a result…mayby not too because old fools like Soros know how the game is played also and more money can not help in a situation like this.
Nothing to see here but an expected side show on the way to Florida’s Supreme Court.

We need to get rid of Judges and install Magistrates. Look at the two home intruders that invaded Quincy homes. Both were convicted felons, out on bail for additional felonies that committed additional felonies. Recognize a lost cause when you see it.

Last year, Judge John Cooper repeatedly ruled against Governor DeSantis regarding the banning of school mask mandates. Now, he’s ruling against him regarding abortion restrictions. I get the picture.

Unfortunately, he is not up for re-election until 2026. But, I will not forget. Besides, he will probably continue to make himself known for the next four years.
