Take any poll with a grain of salt. In 2018 most polls had Gillum up by 3-4% and DeSantis won by 0.5%. Trump won Florida by 3% in 2020 and DeSantis is more liked in the state than Trump is.

AARP is a huge supporter of the left and 90% of polls that media let you know about are designed for two things.
1. To make it look close regardless of if the leftist candidate is “really” with a majority lead or not. The left polling industry does this to gin up their voter base to get out and vote.
2. When a little election fraud is necessary for the win the bogus polling tamps down conservative leadership from too much complaining.
“See AARP said it was so close. Most likely there was no cheating”.

Finally if you did not know AARP is in the tank for the leftists you must have been living under a rock since the late 1970’s.
