@David — I think you’ve got the best handle on this so far.

What’s happened is that the actions of a couple of governors has the national media and politicians engaged in a discussion that they’ve so far refused to have. Granted, they’re being critical of the “stunt”, but the stories keep reinforcing the facts that there is a problem. Images of immigrants sitting on the curb in Martha’s Vinyard are intended to generate sympathy. Those images also reinforce the insanity that are our immigration laws. If the laws made any sense those images wouldn’t exist!

I hope the judge throws it out as fast as it was filed and assigns court costs to Biden, personally. Then awards DeSantis and Florida our money back for the cost of the flight coming out of Biden’s pocket. The buck stops at Biden and the best example of exposing hypocrisy ever!

So, a bunch of people cross illegally into our country and are taken to one of the most desirable locations we have to offer. Then, they turn around and sue because they claim they were mistreated. Is this a great country or what?

Sending these border violaters the Democrats are letting in to Martha’s Vineyard, home of many mega wealthy leftists, is the bold brassy in your face stick it to “the man” type of stuff Americans just love.
Many citizens who have mindlessy voted Democrat over the years love that “in your face” “truth to power” kind of stuff too and are wavering on the Democrat or Republican voteing decision because of the brillance of what Desantis did.
The left powers that be are shooting themselves in both feet by not ordering their media minions to have quickly put the kibosh on the whole Martha’s Vineyard thing.
