So that cost will be passed on to consumers who are already being extorted with being force to buy a pot use card. I seriously doubt every Floridian with a pot card is using weed strickly for medical purposes. Felons out of prison use the pot card to smoke weed while on parole. Now, if the Governor wants to eliminate property taxes, that’s another story. IMO, this medical marijuanna experiment is getting out of hand. And how ap pra po FAMU is getting in on the action offerring classes on weed…not that the 32304 needs any training.
