“cookie-cutter sprawl” ooohh that makes me hungry for a snack. I’ll just find me a nice little watershed and forest to clearcut, just like the Ghazvinis and Boulos, to whet my appetite. The fat cat commissioners, no prob, they’ll go along with ignoring land development codes – afterall, they eat quite well on developers’ donations.

HOW is Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis a “bully” towards children? Is it because he doesn’t want CHILDREN being taught about Transgenderism or Gay Sex? Is it because he wants the Children to raise their Reading and Math skills to at least where they SHOULD BE?

Jack Porter: If you want to raise the city’s property tax, then I will be forced to raise my rental costs within the city limits. I’ve kept it the same rate for the past 4 years because I really liked all the tenants, when I could have received more.
Let’s keep squeezing in cookie-cutter homes that look exactly the same and raping the land — doesn’t that help the City of Tallahassee – isn’t that what the people on the dias are looking for $$$$???

John Dailey already raised our taxes with the CSC property tax increase, supported by Dianne and Curtis Richardson.

That wasn’t a theoretical budget discussion, that’s an actual tax increase that actually occurred.

Curtis will have to explain why he supported raising our taxes in 2024. Matlow stood against the tax increase.

Most of use are paying significantly more for Home Owner’s insurance. Tally city limit residents are about to get intercoursed with a property tax increase. Liberals love raising taxes while complaining about rent increases. Liberals will ignore the recession and raise taxes.

Crime is not just for the 32304, anymore. Crime along Monroe north of I-10 is growing. The Northeast is no longer a free from crime area. And it is obvious to the most casual observer. And try to be home before dark if you live in Gadsden County.

Crime pays. And our local governments are more interested in advertising on PBS, loaning money to buy appliances, grooming children, buying electric busses, turning the airport into the world’s largest junkyard, and wondering where $6.2 million dollars went.

How do you lose $6.2 million and how did it take over a year to make the discovery. If Gov. DeSantas really wants to help us, he will do something about our local governing boards of a few people getting away with income redistribution.

The hard working individual is under attack. Physical harm from crime. And fiscal attacks from liberal politians.
