— Exactly what kind is help/services were provided to “around” 400 individuals, and why only over the summer?

“When asked by Board Member Paul Mitchell which staff monitored the 30 programs that the CSC funded last summer, Ms. Green explained that they were not able to provide monitoring.”

— So, an untold amount of tax dollars have been doled out to 30 “programs” (insert wink here) with zero accountability or monitoring, and we’re just hearing about it?

“Leon County School Board member Darryl Jones agreed with Ms. Green, claiming that what was being discussed was not within the Council’s scope… (followed by)… “ Dianne Williams Cox … You have the authority to evaluate her, and do something about it.”

— So, which is it, do they have the power or not? Keep in mind that their own org chart showed no connection from the taxpayer to the council or the council to the director.

I guess the TRUTH isn’t wanted there.

If they are above $28,000 a Year, they should be FULL TIME at CSC. They should be doing CSC Business full time, 40 Hours a Week. For what they are Supposed to be doing, they do NOT need any more people, in fact, they might even be a little Top Heavy. If they are NOT Full Time, even the Directors, NONE of them should be making more than $30,000 a Year with most being $20,000 or less. If they are doing what other Nonprofits that receive County Funds are doing then, those others need to be cut loose.

No monitoring, no accountability, just a kickback enterprise…shut it down!
