I think the TR readers are going to be disappointed. AG was already found guilty of ethics violation using the FBI undercover money. They never charged any kind of quid pro quo…just that he didn’t report that support.

All of the fraud was against the ‘woke’ organizations who made contributions….seems like TR readers would love that

He will get a fairly light sentence…lying to the FBI for things he had already been found guilty of and pocketing money donated for other purposes….not public money.

Its normal to think Gillum is going to finally get his comeuppance … BUT … after all these years of the leftist controlled FBI foot-dragging Gillum’s “special” part of the Tallahassee Corruption Investigation reluctantly to court I dont agree with that way of wishfull thinking.
And dont be a hater because I’m totally with your feelings emotionally.
However if we can tamp down our emotions and feelings about whats right and wrong ( I know it will be difficult) and think logically like Mr. Spock from that Boomer Star Track TV show here is where we arrive – Gillum’s gonna walk away with the lightest, most minuscule, most inappropriate for the charges punishment you all could ever imagine in your wildest of nightmares.
Its already baked into the Federal Government’s plans regardless of how U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor may have rulled in the past or his perceived political leanings.
Furthermore (yeah theres more) that lightest and most delicate wrist slap will occur if Gillum gets $1.oo or 1 million dollars donated to his defense fund. Gillum’s going to walk away a happy man.

What has Mr. Gillum been doing for the past two years? How does he support himself? His wife works, but I don’t know whether the two even live together, and he ain’t sayin’. The donated money he’s used to pay lawyers the past two years is gone or nearly gone. Seems to me Ms. Kam might have asked him a question or two about his source(s) of income, her being a reporter and all that. If I were Mr. Gillum, I’d give up on any potential political rebirth and learn how to weld.

Since he pleaded Not Guilty and said “I am unequivocally innocent of the gross allegations being made against me”, if he is found Guilty, can he be hit with more charges for Duping people out of their money?
