If I were a gambling man, I’d bet they all had their minds made up before the trial began. Extremely high profile case. How would they ever find a juror in Leon county who hasn’t been pelted with news on this case? And you were either going to get red team or blue team jury members and that makeup sounds about right for Leon county and my guess of the jury selection process the defendant’s attorneys would favor. I don’t suspect the next trial to be much different.

The Lettman-Hicks / Gillum jurors should count their blessings that the judge did not rule a jury nullification on their verdict. The evidence was overwhelming that Gillum lied to the FBI. Hopefully the prosecution will ask for a change of venue into a county west of Tallahassee. There seems to be two jurors who were honest and wouldn’t cave into the ridiculousness of the 10 others.
