Walter Massey, 32, was arrested and charged with second-degree homicide, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and trafficking a controlled substance.

Just because he was a Felon in possession of a firearm, he should be charged with First-degree homicide at the very least.

Get your checkbook out and make one blank check payable to Royle King and another blank check payable to the Public Defender’s Office. His criminal record goes back to age 17. No telling what has been sealed while he was a juvenile.

His gift to Leon County has been a history of Armed Robbery, with a firearm. I thought there is a law against armed robbery. Send your Thank You letter to the County Commissioners, City Commissioners, Sheriff and Police Chief. Being weak on crime is paying dividends for everyone except residents and taxpayers.
