To make any money with that major, you need a Doctorate. Unless you want to sell computers or sell car parts, don’t major in psychology.

“An advanced placement course that ignores the decades of science studying sexual orientation and gender identity would deprive students of knowledge they will need to succeed in their studies, in high school and beyond,” – First of all, it’s not knowledge, its indoctrination. Secondly, it’s not directly needed for a career, it’s only needed to succeed in a career under oppressive government policies. This is not a new ploy. For example, students in Nazi Germany “needed” to learn antisemitism in order for them to succeed in their careers.
