I always loved attending these race-based workplace “it’s all whitey’s fault” courses/classes. I would sit quietly and patiently and take notes while they read their script and spewed their nonsense… then, during the “any questions” part, I would raise my hand and proceed to systematically dissect their lies and false narrative (with facts mind you) and expose them to be the true bigots and racist among us. More often than not, my fellow attendees would agree with me and at times even applaud my work.

I always passed the course and got my silly little Word Perfect Certificate. I use them to soak up spills in my garage.

@Pat — Back in high school, about 1970, I had schoolmate that upon graduation flew off to Switzerland for a sex-change operation. I’ve coached women’s sports and the better teams have a lot of gay/bi women. I know several guys that call themself “trans” but have no intention of having any body changing surgeries. The point of bringing this up is that although I’m not one of them, I’ve been around these lifestyles for about 50 years and call every one of them “friend”.

Don’t be confused by what the media is telling you about “trans” these days. The guys don’t believe that they’re women. Being “trans” or “identifying as a woman” gives them leverage that they can’t get acting like a man. Lia Thompson put a trophy on the mantle that she could never earn as a man. One friend was invisible in his career but by growing his hair and putting on a dress he was actually a cute “woman” that got him attention that he could never get as a man. Another friend was a nondescript man and despite the hair and dress is a nondescript “woman”, but it’s “different” than the first 50+ years of his life so there’s an excitement and hope that goes with it, and a 60 year old woman in the Publix parking lot is looked up differently that is a 60 year old man.

The guys that use the “trans” claim to get access to women’s locker rooms, bathrooms, prisons, etc. are proving to be a major problem.

“trans” opens doors that we as a society need to close.

I work for the State and all of our workplace training is done on line and there is a lot of it. At the end of them, some we just Acknowledge that we took it and some there is a Test that we have to pass. All are for Training and some of those are to lessen Liabilities.
