Stories I’ve read have stayed with me.
I imagine the fear and utter helplessness.
Children had no resources in a madhouse like that.

Compare to the compensation given to other victims is no comparison. The state of Florida ought to be ashamed of itself. They offer no mental health, counseling or anything that these men are gonna need to go on. Not compensating the widows of the men that have died is a disgrace. The victims of Dozier should have a right to Sue the state of Florida. How can you put statue of limitation on Children! The United States should pay compensation to Dozier victims.
