Well, I don’t see it Preventing any Crimes as most Gun related Crimes are done with stolen Guns. If you want to prevent Gun Related and Violent Crimes, you need to put the Criminals in Prison for Longer Stays and give them Longer Probation. Bring back or start using the 10-20-LIFE Law. Make more Crimes Felonies. It is past time to get tougher on Criminals.
