All politicians will allow the rate increases. They only care about big business no matter what they say. They are out of touch with the common people. It’s time to clean house and replace every one of them. If they Are they the best there is then this has become a sad state .

While I think DeSantis is doing a great job, I wish he’d attack skyrocketing homeowner’s insurance rates. They are among the highest in the country.

The lure of easy money advocated by our state’s slip/fall/Bigger is Better let’s sue the life out of them attorneys does not help the situation. Add that to our liberal tax, tax, tax and spend politicians moving out of the state is more appealing.

To help, if a Home on the Coast or very close to the Coast gets destroyed, pay it off and keep the Property selling it to the State Government at Land Value only. The State Government holds on to it until it has enough properties together to turn it into a State Park.
