I told him have a nice Day and as I was walking away, he ask (Loudly) WHY NOT? I told him “Because my Mortgage Payment is UNDER $500 a Month Combined. Once he got his Jaw working again, he jumped his offer to $175,000. I just waved by and went back to Mowing MY Yard.
