I am sorry these folks suffered losses due to the storms. So did I.

I am angry and totally frustrated, with today’s entitlement mentality, and with elected officials who want to spend my taxes to placate those who scream the loudest.

It is this type of thinking that has increased property taxes to their highest levels. If an endeavor isn’t making money, then it isn’t meant to be. Call the realtor and sell your own property. If it doesn’t sell, let it go into default. It isn’t the taxpayer’s problem. Look how poorly local government does providing services. The School Bus problem with Natural Gas, Star Metro losing money providing bus service to those with DUI convictions, passed due Child Support Payments, and those just out of Prison. But some believe it is Real Estate where government really prospers-B.S.!

But when only 19% of registered voters participate in last Tuesday’s Primary election, there isn’t much hope Tallahassee, Leon County will ever change.
