The idea that this is an ‘indisputable fact’, without any evidence presented to it’s indisputability ought to tell the informed reader something.

All the homeless people waiting around with their stock of shoe shine, yes, they’re everywhere. BTW – if the rising tide from Reagan’s horoscope driving economic policies were really helping people that weren’t millionaires, why are we passing laws about homeless camps some 40 years later? Where’s the tide? Our rates at the top end of the tax bracket are still wildly less than the days of Ronnie R, but more people seem to be homeless, instead of less? How should be reconcile this seeming deviation from (moron) economic ideology and reality?
