Folks have been trying for years and years and years to get people to quit smoking cigarettes and now somebody thinks that legalizing one more thing to smoke is a good idea??? And don’t give me the answer that it’s someone’s choice and let them decide.Smoking is bad…period and it will damage you.

Jon-You must be a weed smoker. That would explain your unintelligent response. Marijuana is not just a “plant”. It is a Drug, which causes impairments which lead to violence, car accidents, and many other issues. It should not be legalized. Period.

A few weeks ago, I flew into Nevada, hailed a cab to take me to my hotel. The driver asked me, “Do you want to stop at the dispensary first>” I said “Huh?” He said, “Most people want to stop at a dispensary before they check in to the hotel”.

I’m not easily shocked, but this interaction got me to thinking.

I gave up pot in the late “70’s when I graduated from college and took a corporate job.

I believe folks should be allowed to grow their own plants for personal use…and suffer the consequences if that personal use is abused.

I really cannot support, or vote for, this Amendment. Too many people (Trulieve), (Morgan and Morgan), are going to get richer if the passes.

I have not smoked pot in 40 years, but if it is to be legalized, you should be able to grow your own, not forced to buy from commercial growers. This is all about them, not you.

I simply cannot understand why anyone wants to legalize recreational marijuana. The states that have already done so have turned into a wasteland. The only thing it will do is pad the pockets of Morgan and Morgan from all the lawsuits from car accidents and Nikki (Weed) Fried who has a personal stake in it. Wake Up People! Vote NO!
