If we are going to have a citizens police revuew board, the cituzens should elect the board and it shoukd make reports to the citizens regulatly along with the police chief. Every zoning area should have a representstive and the police chjef should head it.

I recently came across the “Ghazvini ‘Playbook” Here it is.

1) Get the property rezoned
2) Make generous monetary contributions to the “right people”
3) Submit new development as a PUD (Planned Unit Development) so I don’t have to follow traditional building codes and regulations
4) Clear-cut the entire property, apologize if necessary or pay a small fine
5) Build just about anything I want with no regard to the impact on the people already living around the new development
6) Make tons of money
7) Just laugh and laugh at how stupid the city and county commissioners are
8) Plan next development
9) Repeat steps above
