If the property had any value, it would have sold on the open market. Stupid is as stupid does.

All these type actions will simply manifest itself in higher property taxes that will be added to the cost of rent. Stop complaining that no affordable housing exists.

The monies the tax payers fork over yearly are finite. Sooner or later you will go broke funding the local socialist government. Local government needs it’s own Department of Government Efficiently. Time to cut the fat.
