They have a slogan that they live by, “Spend It or Lose It”. I have worked for the State for over 35 Years now and believe me, they WASTE IT during those 3 Months.

What if I own a House and several People want to Lease it to run their “Stay At Home Businesses out of, do I charge them Tax since they will not be living in the House?
