I cannot help but notice that you seem to have inexplicably granted the police the ability to determine someone’s guilt or not. I thought that was the job of a judge and/or a jury. Civics may not be your strongest arena.

David, liberals know without a law there is no crime. And liberals know that putting their constituents in jail makes it harder to get elected. So do away with the law or simply stop enforcing the law is a liberals “win-win”. Constituents avoid jail time and the population thinks crime is down.
