Going out on a limb here, Dee, but I’m pretty sure the family and friends of the hundreds of thousands of victims of drug overdoses and related deaths do in fact care about drug traffickers. And once the cartels are designated “terrorists”, all bets are off with respect to jurisdictional boundaries.

No one cares about drug traffickers. What they care about are international laws that govern stops on the high seas in effect since 1958. Further, US law gives the Coast Guard jurisdiction on maritime stops, not the Navy who fall under title 10.

The CSC is a boondoggle that wastes millions of dollars every year and then they try to pass off blatantly false reports on what they are doing with it.

Multiple taxpayer funded entities, both public and private, seem only to facilitate spending millions upon millions upon millions to feed so-called impoverished children. At the same time, we lament ever-growing the rate of childhood obesity and diabetes.
