And, the Editor of The Tallahassee Democrat continues to “cover all this up” as he has since the subject first came up. The Editor has “refused” to urge that “all options” regarding ownership of TMH be explored!!!! TMH is AWFUL!!!!! Neither the current Board/Management nor FSU are qualified to run a “first class hospital”!!!!! There are other “viable options for ownership of TMH”………so why has the Editor not advocated that “ all options be explored”??????????????? Tallahassee has “horrible hospital and medical care”!!!!!

I will let you know how crooked TMH is. They stole thousands of dollars from me! It was a workers compensation case involving a large commercial flat bed truck stacked with lumbar without brakes and rammed into 3 vehicles at red light. Mine was in the middle of the 3 vehicles. My vehicle was totaled and so was the vehicle behind me. Received permanent injuries till today as I speak. The story that followed has been deceat, lies, lack of proper medical care, treated like a criminal, accusations, I’ve never even had a traffoc ticket in my life, yelled at, laughed at, denied information,denied copies of medical records which is a state law I have access to, ncluding all the lawyers that handled my case! I have always been in good standing in a Miami hospital where I worked and at TMH. TMH stole thousands of dollars from me! It is a story to be told of their decectful practices in all aspects of employer (TMH) treatment of an seriously injured employee (RN) who was on the road for TMH Home Health care per my supervisors instructions and. was released from employment and had to receive disability.

That figures, low employee pay. Losing nurses, old equipment, and short staff. But the of course the CEO, is OK. This is why people go to Tampa , Jacksonville, Orlando, or Miami for their health care.

The neuro department is the department that will kill you! Ever heard of a neurosurgeon going in to remove a brain tumor and they just decide to leave it because they’ve never “seen something like it before.” The patient died two months later! TMH needs to disappear!

I am not surprised at all!!! TMH doesn’t pay nor care about their employees at all!! The pay is ridiculous, management is terrible, the equipment needs to be updated but yet the CEO banked that kind of money, money that should have been given to employees to make sure everyone is satisfied with their salary. The benefits are terrible as well I mean the list goes on and on!!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous they send employees home all the time . Make us use PTO for holidays hurricane days ect . They paid 15 million in travelers last year . You know why ?? Because you pay your staff hardly anything . Do the math …. Maybe treat pay your employees better . FSU needs to take over and Mark needs to go and give every employee in TMH divide it up give it back . He should be so ashamed of him self . No wonder he was pleading the community to not let FSU take over . The Board should be ashamed of themselves it is time to clean house .

I retired from TMH after working 30years there and my retirement pension is only $354.a month I can’t pay my light bill nor mortgage with less along cable bill.I can’t understand how they can pay him so much when the former retiree can’t live off nothing coming from them.
