The biologist appears to be in need of some psychological help and employee counseling. Unless work ethic and moral terpitude have drastically changed, a grown adult working for a governmental agency should realize that there is a certain code of professional conduct expected from such employees whether on work, or personal time.

There’s absolutely zero comparison between Kirk and MLK or JFK. Neither organized bus loads of protesters in an attempt to overthrow the Constitution, then claimed the 5th Amendment when questioned by a Congressional Committee. Next time, put the FWC officer’s quote next to Kirk’s quote on the 2nd Amendment and see whose language is the more disturbing.
