My thought is that Ms. Porter is feeling a bit like an island these days. With Matlow attempting to rebrand himself as a moderate for the purpose of his Mayoral hopes, Porter has been left out to dry as the lone loon – so to speak. Like her or not, the reality is that she’s been duly elected twice. Cleary there is a constituency for her here in the city.

If Matlow is successful, I suspect he’ll quickly revert to his progressive beliefs, and Tallahassee will be in a world of hurt if another progressive gets in making it a 3-2 majority. Do your homework on this upcoming election folks.

Porter is a nightmare and I knew it when she first ran for City Commissioner against Elayne Bryant. I told anyone who would listen, that if Porter got in, she will be almost impossible to remove. She is a truly pathetic City Commissioner.
