Anything having to do with such a large amount of money in play and presented by Mayor Dailey, the City Manager, Commissioners Williams-Cox and Richardson should be reviewed by licensed fiduciaries. These four have a track record of having their own special interests in mind and not the taxpayers. Too many questions. Not enough answers. This just looks bad and blatantly that Mayor Dailey is misusing taxpayer dollars to set himself up in his next career move.
