    Complaints can be submitted anonymously and taken seriously. Elected officials who serve also as fiduciaries have given away City of Tallahassee assets( TMH, CAPITAL CITY COUNTRY CLUB) for pennies on the dollar. Invalid if any appraisals, lack of public input, self-serving motives, lack of expertise in financial, medical, and long-term information in order to make such a gargantuan decision is missing from the equation.
