Also, how many pacels/% of all parcels are not paying property taxes because it is a church, etc.

I’d hate to think honest tax-paying citizens are having to pay a higher amount/larger share of property taxes because the commercial property owners are being forever delinquent on paying taxes as well as entities playing the “my organization should be property-tax exempt” grift.
