just between Apalachee Parkway and St. Augustine Road East of Capital Circle there are4 new Subdivisions getting started right now and there will be close to 2000 Homes, maybe more, and ALL are starting in the Mid $350K and Up. Every Subdivision being built in Leon County and in Crawfordville, and there are a lot of them, are the same Cookie Cutter Homes for the same prices. I think they they might be running out of people who can afford them.
