Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county were up 24.4% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 254 single-family home resales in March 2020 and 316 resales in March 2021. Last month there were 234 existing single-family homes sold.
The average sales price in March 2021 increased 22.4% from $263,919 last year to $323,029.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales came in at a rate of 3,455 in March, 2021. The March 2021 annual rate of sales is 4.1% above the annual rate of 3,319 reported one year ago. The annual rate of sales last month was 3,393.

The average price of homes sold over the last twelve months in Leon county was $294,926. This is 9.7% above the $268,928 sales price reported one year ago.
