LCS Approves $2.4 Million in School Safety Contracts

The Board approved the 2021-2022 School Resource Deputy Program Agreement with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) with a fiscal impact of $1,509,806, during the Tuesday night Leon County School Board meeting.

Additionally, more information was provided related to a contract with the Integrity Group/Detail Prime. The Integrity Group offers a solution to scheduling and maintenance of law enforcement officers for school security.

Local school districts are required to provide school resource officers or Florida certified guardians in every school according to the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act.

The arrangement with the LCSO involves a payment by LCS to the Sheriff’s Office in the amount of $1,509,806. The LCSO will provide 25 deputies who will serve as school resource officers during the 2021-2022 school year.

The payment amount is contingent upon the Leon County Board of County Commissioners, who historically have paid 50% of the total cost. If the County Commissioners do not fund the 50%, the school board will be obligated for the total cost of $2,917,612.

The fiscal impact for the contracted services of the Integrity Group is $45.00 per hour and will not exceed more than $950,000 annually. The services provided by the Integrity Group is to implement and operate the Detail Prime solution, which is used for scheduling and maintaining of certified law enforcement officers who serve as school security officers. “This solution was designed as an economical, yet high quality program that can be implemented and operated within a short time-frame.”

The Maddox and Crew verdicts may very well end up to be an annoying travesty of justice.
From what I understand Maddox and Crew all identify as uber leftist Democrats who coincidently are going up before The Honorable Uber Leftist Democrat Party sympathizing Judge Hinkle.
Sure there may be some mild wrist slapping, maybe a stern talking to by Judge Hinkle, followed up by freedom by credit for the stress Maddox and Crew had to endure in the successful FBI led plot to divert attention from their beloved God Andrew Gillum.
At least thats what I fully expect to happen.

The Integrity Group with $950,000 annually properly was able to secure their contract with only a nominal donation to Rocky's HAA HAA styled perfectly legal untraceable accounts. The new Democratic method of doing business in the post Scott Maddox and crew era you know.
