  1. I just got my property tax notice and the amount of taxes will be higher this year if the PROPOSED changes are made but will be slightly lower if NO changes are made.

I’ve heard this song and dance before….

  2. The real issue is that as Florida’s population grows, the number and size of the green spaces diminishes. Look around Tallahassee. Where could you build a golf course within Capital Circle? Without knocking over a school or plowing up a graveyard you can’t.

But putting them in our state parks is equally insane. The developers view this as a cheaper way to acquire the land than buying it and developing it from whatever wilderness form it’s in today.

  3. The City is so messed up when it comes to our Fire Department. Wasting all that time the way they did just for a MONTH? I would not blame the Fire Department if they go on Strike October 1st. if they have to start all over again.

I can understand Lodging in State Parks but NOT Golf, leave the Parks natural. The State needs to own the Lodges and Lease them to Venders to operate on 5 Year Contracts. Or do like they did with Wakulla Springs and let a College run them using Students seeking Hospitality Degrees.

Another Night at the DNC bashing Trump with LIES.
