If you are Driving a Vehicle and do not have your License with you, that should be an Automatic Arrest.

Riley got off easy. Riley got free legal representation. Situation like this where people like Maddox and Attorney Akbar make statements contrary to fact do serve the community. Fake news fanning the flames of bad police actions will only serve to pave the way for the next drunk speeding through town at night with head lights turn off. Just another great example of making the criminal a hero and the cops villains.

Hey Riley, don’t drink and drive, don’t use drugs and drive and show a little courtesy when you encounter a police officer. You, Riley has been convicted and the taxpayer got the bill.
