Tallahassee Quarterback Club Announces Players of the Week

The Tallahassee Quarterback Club has announced their Players of the Week for the week of October 18th. The club chose Co-Offensive Lineman Players of the Week this week and therefore there is not a Special Teams Player of the Week.

Offensive Player of the Week:
Darius Bradwell, Godby High School
9 of 16 for 176 yards and 3 touchdowns, ran 8 times for 120 yards and 3 touchdowns (total of 6 touchdowns)

Defensive Player of the Week:
Gabe Beyer, Leon High School
11 total tackles, 7 sacks (a school record) 3 tackles for loss

Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week:
Hunter Hanstein, Florida High
graded out at 88% with 2 pancake blocks and 5 knockdowns

Joseph Hubbard, Chiles High School
Graded out at 91% with 3 pancake blocks

The Tallahassee Quarterback Club was formed in 1949 to support local high school and college football. The club and its members show their passion for the game of football while recognizing and supporting good sportsmanship. The club’s official meetings are during the football season; however several social and networking opportunities are planned throughout the year.
