Sales of existing single-family homes in Leon county were down 4.1% when compared to numbers sold in the same month one year ago. There were 362 single-family home resales in June 2019 and 347 resales in June 2020. Last month there were 229 existing single-family homes sold.

The average sales price in June 2020 decreased 1.2% from $278,806 last year to $275,430.
Annual trends show that single-family home sales came in at an annual rate of 3,138 in June. The June annual rate of sales is 3.9% above the annual rate of 3,021 reported one year ago. The annual rate of sales last month was 3,153.
